Membership Early Enrollment

Early Enrollment Details: MSEA is once again participating in the NEA Early Enrollment Program that begins on April 1, 2017. This program provides “no cost” access to Educators Employment Liability (EEL) Program insurance benefits from the date of application through August 31, 2017. Welcome Erin Yeagley

Please join me in welcoming Erin Yeagley as the new UniServ Director for Carroll County.   Erin is a graduate of Indiana University in Indiana, Pennsylvania with a BS in Psychology and post graduate studies in Social Psychology.  Erin volunteered on several union campaigns as an undergraduate student. She also worked as a behavioral specialist
